PERSPECTRO Training and Consulting as an Organization consists of two divisions catering to the different requirements in HR and L& D Functions that caters to Skill Building, People Assessment, Creating Leadership Pipe, and Organizational Development. We are a team of  L & D professionals with diverse operational experience in various fields such as Sales & Retail Management, Distribution, Customer Service, OD, Assessment Centers, Performance Coaching and Management Development Programs.  Each team member carries a minimum of 20 -25 years of field experience across the country.
